Public Tours do I have to meet the bus at one of your pick up locations?

We offer many pick up locations within Brisbane, Gold Coast and Tamborine Mountain

These locations have been selected for their proximity to major hotels and transport

We do require guests on public tours to select pick up location at time of booking.

We would like our guests to enjoy their day on tour and make the most of the day enjoying fantastic wine,

rather than spend unnecessary time on the bus whilst we do pick ups.

How long do the tours go for?​

Full Day Wine Tour - Approximately 9am - 5pm 

Half Day Wine Tour - Approximately 9am - 4pm 

Bevies and Bowls Tour - Approximately 9am - 4pm

 

We aim for 10am Arrival at 1st Venue

Please note Times above are subject to change pending your pick up location and travel time/ traffic

How many people can your buses take? 

 We have a variety of vehicle sizes

*Minimum of 15 Guests is required or a surcharge of $100 per missing guest will apply

if guest numbers drop and we are unable to move your group to a smaller vehicle

What are your minimum numbers for a booking? 

We accept bookings of 1 to 250 passengers. 

Public Tours are suitable for Solo Travellers, Couples and Small Groups

A minimum of 2 passengers is required for Private Hire Bookings

Private Hire Tours - we have multiple pickups?

Private Hire Tours - Pickup Zone

It's preferable that you choose one location for your pick up.

However if required we can do a 2nd pick up for your group in the direction of travel

Out of Area Pickup will incur a surcharge

 

When will we find out our pickup time? 

Public Tours 

We have approximate Times listed with our pickup locations, These times may change by 10 - 20 minutes 

We will contact you the day prior to your tour via Email and SMS with a confirmed pickup time 

 

Private Hire Tours

We will contact you before your tour with an exact pickup time.

How do I book? 

We have an online booking system, which shows days and tours available.

Private Hire - Select your date enter contact details

The date I want isn't available online, what should I do? 

If the date is not available then you can send an online enquiry or give us a call

 Sometimes it may be possible that we can organise for another bus to run even though its shows we are full online.

How can we pay for the tour? 

You can pay online when you make your booking through our online booking system,

 payment options such as Credit Card* or Debit Card*

Do we need to pay a deposit for Private Hire? 

We do require a deposit at time of booking equal to the cost of 2 Guests 

If you have booked your tour in advance, Final Balance is due 2 weeks before your tour

A small Booking Fee is charged on all bookings by the booking program we can not waiver this fee

Do we need to pay a deposit for Luxury Private Tour?

We do require a deposit at time of booking $400 

If you have booked your tour in advance, Final Balance is due 2 weeks before your tour

What if I am not sure about Guest numbers attending for Private Hire? 

When booking Private Hire we do recommend you book for the number of guests you think

will attend the tour so we can allocate you the correct vehicle size. 

We will stay in contact with you leading up to your tour date and will amend your booking once

you have confirmed guest numbers attending.

Please Note : We do book out!    If your group has a larger vehicle allocated and guest numbers drop

we will do our best to move your group to a smaller bus pending availability 

 Surcharge will apply as noted above if we are unable to change your vehicle size due to being booked out

 

Can we bring alcohol on the bus?

You are allowed to transport home bottles that you may have purchased on your tour

but there is no open alcohol or consumption of alcohol allowed on the bus while stationary or driving. 

Do not bring an esky or similar when boarding as our staff will ask you to leave it behind.

What if my friend who doesn't drink wants to come along, will they get a discount?​

It's very common that we get non drinkers and pregnant passengers on our wine tours.

We can reduce the cost for these passengers for Private Hire Tours please select how many non drinkers attending 

If your group has less than 8 guests attending - Please contact us to amend your booking

Please Note - Non Drinkers any drinks purchased are own expense on the day we do not include beverages

Can my child come along?​

We have an 18+ policy on our public tours.

If you have 2 or more people for a private tour, you are welcome to bring minors aged Six and over

We can not cater for infants seating

Do I need to advise of dietary requirements in advance?​

There is no need to let us know of your dietary requirements or allergies prior to the tour as

this can be catered for on the day of the tour.

We have flexible menu's that cater for a range of different requirements and your guide

will call the chef and arrange something specific if required.

Do I need to bring anything along on the day?

Most of our tours include a two course lunch, plus we also provide snacks and bottled water on the bus,

so you wont go hungry throughout the day. We recommend that if you are taking a tour between March and October that you bring a jacket along, Tamborine Mountain is usually 3-5 degrees cooler than Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

I really liked that wine we tried, can we buy any on the mountain? 

You are able to purchase any bottles of wine that you enjoyed at any of our destinations.

We will keep them safe for you on the bus throughout the day, just remember to pick them up before you leave the bus! If you really liked one of the wineries, most of them offer a members package which you can get great offers and deals, don't forget to ask on the day!
